Ingredients

2 cups Oats (traditional or quick)

2 cups Unsweetened Almond Milk

2 tbsps Maple Syrup

1/2 cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce

1 tsp Cinnamon

2 tbsps Chia Seeds

2 cups Frozen Berries

1/4 cup Sliced Almonds 

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.  Grease 8×8 baking pan with coconut oil
  2. Add all ingredients except sliced almonds to a mixing bowl and stir until thoroughly combined
  3. Transfer to baking pan and bake for about 45 min or until a toothpick comes out clean.  Sprinkle with sliced almonds before serving, Enjoy!
