  1. Never, I have great digestion and can eat just about anything
  2. Sometimes, I seem to have a bit of a sensitive stomach

  1. Peaceful and happy, I feel good most of the time
  2. I feel ok most of the time, but it doesn’t take much to set me off/bring me down

  1. Never, I have a regular bowel movement daily
  2. Sometimes, I have bowel movements 3-4x a week

  1. Never, I don’t need any form of pick me up
  2. 1-2 per day on a good day
  3. 3 or more per day (at least!!)

Alcohol (beer, wine, spirits)

  1. 1 or less per week, practically a tea-tottler and only socially
  2. 2-4 times per week, I enjoy a drink but I can take or leave it
  3. 5 or more drinks per week, I feel like I need a drink most days

Vegetables

  1. 4-5 servings of veggies every day
  2. 1-2 servings of veggies every day

Prescription Pharmaceuticals

  1. 0-2 times per month
  2. 1 or more times per week
  3. 1 or more every day

Nicotine

  1. Never, not a chance, ick
  2. Sometimes around others who smoke (and I hate it)
  3. I smoke or live with/workaround second-hand smoke (but am trying to quit)

Pre-packaged Processed Foods

  1. No way!  If I can’t pronounce it, I don’t eat it
  2. Sometimes when I’m in a rush or haven’t gone shopping recently
  3. 5 or more times per week.

Water

  1. 8 or more glasses pure water per day, I just love the stuff
  2. 4-7 glasses pure water per day when I remember
  3. I don’t drink water, I am a camel in disguise.

Exercise

  1. 3 or more times per week, I love to move
  2. 1-2 times per week when I can fit it in
  3. I don’t exercise, who has time or energy for that?
