All you need to do is commit to this 3-week challenge!  Included in this meal plan are grocery lists, meal prep guides (for meals Monday-Friday), and all recipes, delivered to your inbox every Thursday so you have time to prepare for the coming week.

3-Month Weight Loss Coaching Support Program

Studies show that accountability and continued support is a proven aspect of weight loss success.  Michelle is also currently offering a 3-month weight loss coaching support program that includes:

  • One 60-minute initial consultation, 
  • Two 30-minute follow-up appointments (1 per month) 
  • Three weeks of meal plans created just for you (grocery lists and all recipes included)
  • Three months of access to online food and mood journals, weekly inspiration and support and 2 check-ins per week with Michelle through an online app.
